The Lambrecht name has been associated with real estate in St. Petersburg since 1943 when George J. Lambrecht opened his first real estate company. In 1965, son Carl K. Lambrecht joined his father as a salesperson listing and selling homes and basically learned the entire business from the ground up. They worked together for several years. As George retired, Carl became involed with the ERA Real Estate franchise as a recruiter looking for new brokerage firms to join the franchise. He was so impressed with the new franchise that he decided to open his own office and established ERA Lambrecht & Associates in 1977. He and his wife, Lee Ann, have been the sole owners for the last 28 years.

Carl believes in running Lambrecht & Associates based on the highest principles of integrity, reliability and quality service. His moral and ethical values and those of the Lambrecht agents are the very heart and soul of the company. The vision and mission statement of the company also reflect these principles.
